Halloween Parade set for October 23 in Downtown Batesville

Calling all monsters, goblins, and ghouls to take part in Main Street Batesville’s FIRST Halloween Parade in conjunction with Artoberfest 2021! The parade route will start at 12th and Main Street (Cash Saver) and end at the 4th street block on Main. All participants will assemble at 5:00 p.m. in the Cash Saver parking lot. The parade will step off at 5:30 SHARP!

• All parade participants wishing to participate must register no later than October 18, 2021.

• No fee is required for the inaugural parade!!

• Candy will be allowed by participants to throw to spectators.

• There will be prizes for BEST Pet Costume, BEST Group Costumes (this can be businesses, school organizations, families, and churches), and BEST Themed Floats (ATV/UTVs are allowed).

***NO POLITICAL BANNERS OR FLYERS ALLOWED***

Immediately following the parade, there will be a “Nightmare on Main Street” party in the Citizens Bank Pocket Park. The event will include food & art vendors, games, and live entertainment. Admission is free.
